2. Information we collect

• Account data — name, email, organization details, and credentials needed to operate NuvaTrade.
• Business data — customers, suppliers, products, orders, invoices, and related documents you enter into the product (controlled by your organization).
• Marketing inquiries — name, work email, company, and message when you contact us for demos or sales.
• Technical logs — IP address, browser type, and usage logs for security, debugging, and reliability.

3. How we use information

• Provide, secure, and improve the NuvaTrade service
• Authenticate users and enforce role-based access
• Respond to demos, sales, support, and partner requests
• Operate backups, monitoring, and incident response
• Comply with applicable law

We do not sell personal information.

4. Organization data

Customer organization data is processed to provide the ERP. Organization administrators control users and content within their tenant. Platform administrators may access systems for provisioning, support (when authorized), backups, and security operations.

5. Sharing

We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, object storage for backups) under contractual obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.

6. Retention & security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a cloud ERP, including access controls and encrypted backups where configured.

7. Your choices

Account holders can update profile information in the application. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold as a controller (for example marketing inquiries), contact avjtechstudio@gmail.com. Organization-owned business data is managed by your organization admin subject to your agreement with us.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
