Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing www.nuvatrade.com, app.nuvatrade.com, or related NuvaTrade services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use NuvaTrade on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that company.

2. The service

NuvaTrade is a multi-organization cloud ERP for export and trading businesses. Features may vary by plan, module entitlements, and configuration. Marketing pages describe intended capabilities; your order form, subscription, or written agreement controls what is included for your organization.

3. Accounts & access

• Keep credentials confidential and use strong passwords.
• Organization admins are responsible for users invited into their tenant.
• You must not attempt unauthorized access to other organizations or platform systems.
• We may suspend accounts that threaten security, violate these terms, or remain unpaid.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of business data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, back up, and display that data solely to provide NuvaTrade. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of data you enter, including GST and commercial documents.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the service for unlawful activity
• Interfere with platform reliability or other customers
• Reverse engineer except where permitted by law
• Resell NuvaTrade without a partner agreement

6. Trials & fees

Trials may be limited in time or features. Paid plans, invoices, and renewals (when enabled) are as agreed with sales or shown in your subscription. Enterprise pricing may be custom.

7. Availability & backups

We aim for reliable uptime and operate platform backup and restore capabilities. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure may affect availability. You should retain independent copies of critical commercial records as needed for your business.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. NUVA TRADE IS SOFTWARE FOR BUSINESS OPERATIONS; IT DOES NOT REPLACE PROFESSIONAL TAX, LEGAL, OR ACCOUNTING ADVICE.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NUVATRA’s aggregate liability arising from NuvaTrade will not exceed the fees paid by you for the service in the three months before the claim (or INR 10,000 if you are on a free trial). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate according to the commercial agreement. Upon termination, we may disable access and delete or return organization data per our retention practices and any written offboarding plan.
